Accommodation Booking Terms
Reservation Policy:
Reservation to be confirmed with a Credit Card number expiry date and the 3 digit security code on the back of the credit card
A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival – forfeit the full deposit
Cancellation from 8 days to 30 days – forfeit 25% of the deposit
No Show:
In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged for.
Premature Departure:
Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for.
Arrival and departure times:
Rooms will be available at 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of booked arrival
Late or early arrivals will not be permissible unless prearranged with management
Departure must be by 10h00 on the booked day of departure,
Late departure will not be permissible unless prearranged with management, and will result in additional charges
Insurance:
It is your responsibility to take out appropriate personal travel insurance.
Damage to contents/property:
In the event of any damages to the room, a suitable amount will be added to your final bill to rectify the damage and/or replace the item(s) affected.
Our Liability:
Bar-t-nique Guest House and it’s owners or employees do not accept any liability for loss, injury or damage howsoever arising sustained by any person in around the premises.
